Terms and Conditions for Day of Diva by Jessica

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of wedding coordination services by Day of Diva by Jessica. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided:

• Day of Diva by Jessica offers wedding coordination services to assist clients in planning and executing their wedding day. Our services include but are not limited to vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-site coordination on the day of the event.

2. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding their event, including venue details, vendor contacts, and any specific requirements.
• Clients must communicate their preferences, expectations, and any changes to the agreed-upon plans promptly to ensure smooth coordination.

3. Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure our services, with the remaining balance due 14 calendar days prior to the event.
• Payments must be made in the agreed-upon currency and via the accepted methods outlined by Day of Diva by Jessica Contract.
• In the event of cancellation by the client, any deposits or payments made may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• Clients must provide written notice of any cancellations no less than 30 calendar days before their event. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, cancellation fees may apply.
• Cancellation fees are outlined in our cancellation policy and are designed to compensate Day of Diva by Jessica for time, resources, and expenses incurred in preparation for the event.

5. Limitation of Liability:

• While Day of Diva by Jessica strives to provide exceptional service, we cannot guarantee the performance or actions of third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Day of Diva by Jessica shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the provision of our services or any errors or omissions in the execution of our duties.

6. Confidentiality:

• Day of Diva by Jessica agrees to keep all client information confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of providing wedding coordination services.
• Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property:

• All materials, including but not limited to documents, templates, and designs, provided by Day of Diva by Jessica in the course of our services remain the intellectual property of Day of Diva by Jessica.
• Clients may use these materials solely for the purpose of planning their wedding or event and may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for any other purpose without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Amendments:

• Day of Diva by Jessica reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other platforms.
• Clients will be notified of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
